#1.2 FAQ About This White Barrel Series

01. My marker got dry or the color changed?
--- The ink at the tip will dry out if the brush tip is exposed for a long time when not in use, then the pen gets dry or clogged. And if it is not used for a long time, the titanium dioxide in the ink will accumulate and adsorb on the tip, resulting in color stratification. The ink cannot be re-shaken evenly again, resulting in abnormal ink flow.

Therefore, it is recommended to cover the pen cap well when not in use (you need to hear a click to indicate that it is covered well), and store it with the tip facing down. When the pen dries or changes color, leave the pen tip facing down for 24 hours and draw off the stratified ink at the tip on waste paper.

* Sometimes it may be that we are drawing too fast and the ink supply can't keep up, because the ink in this pen is stored in a cotton core. If you like to draw quickly and in large areas, you can swipe to see our liquid ink series and valve series.

#1.3 FAQ About This White Barrel Series -2

02. Still can't use it after leaving it facing down for 24 hours?
--- You can try to pull out the pen tip and use the other end of the tip to draw. If none of the above can solve the problem, please contact the after-sales customer service of the corresponding store where you purchased the markers.

03. A full-color set?
--- Currently, the sets are mainly provided in the form of themes, and the full-color set will not be so fast. It is expected that the single acrylic markers in the sets currently on sale will be available first on our website.

04. The pen body is not marked with the color number?
--- We are solving it now, and hope to see the color number printed on the pen in the new batch soon!

Arrtx Acrylic Marker Family - 2/5

#3 Simptap acrylic markers series (top valve + brush tip)

Arrtx Acrylic Marker Family - 3/5
#3.1 Simptap acrylic markers series (top valve + brush tip)

*The ink performance is better than the white barrel series, and the ink can be remixed evenly by shaking, the coverage is stronger.
*Unlike the common markers that need to press the pen tip to activate the ink, we just need to press the top valve of the Simptap marker a few times to supply ink to the tip, so that it can protect the brush tip.
*Make sure to follow the steps on the next slide to activate the marker faster.

#3.2 Simptap acrylic markers Using Guides

1: Do not over-press the top valve to release ink. Customers can press according to their own needs. If the last time the pen was pressed too much to release ink, and subsequent use of the shaking pen will cause ink leakage and ink splashing when the pen cap is opened, you can wipe it clean with a paper towel and continue to use it normally;

2: When the valve discharges too much ink after over-pressing, the ink remains in the pen cap. Next time you open it for use, you will find a dry ink film on the outside of the pen barrel. You can wipe it off with a tissue.

3: Some colors may have uneven white spots when first applied. This is mainly caused by uneven ink on the nib when first used. Shake it thoroughly and evenly, then draw out the uneven colors on the paper before painting.

4: If it is left for a period of time, do I still need to press it multiple times when using it for the second time?

When the pen tip is wet, you don’t need to press the valve and can be used directly. If you feel that the pen tip is not moist enough, it is recommended to press it once. Since the valve discharges ink quickly, a one-time press can meet the demand.

#4 Front-Valve Acrylic Marker Series

Arrtx Acrylic Marker Family - 4/5
#4.1 Front-Valve Acrylic Marker Series

*This is a regular acrylic marker series, which requires pressing the pen tip on a surface to release the ink. Different sizes of pen tips meet different needs.
*Because the ink of the 3mm series is too juicy, it is recommended to use 250g+ marker paper or full cotton watercolor paper to get better results.
*Spoiler 1: We have received feedback and are planning to provide more sizes of pen tip replacements for the 3mm medium tip series.
*Spoiler 2: More color options for the Jumbo series are on the way.
