Statement on whether Arrtx uses AI images

Dear Artists & Art Lovers,
Hello, first of all, we want to express our deepest gratitude for taking the time to review this. Your honest feedback and thoughtful insights are truly invaluable to us.
Regarding the images in question, we're truly sorry about that. While it is true that some were created using tracing and coloring techniques to demonstrate the capabilities of our products, this by no means indicates a lack of support for original work. As soon as we received feedback from the community, we took immediate action. We have conducted an internal review and have replaced those images with new artwork that firmly aligns with our commitment to traditional art.
Arrtx is unwaveringly committed to supporting independent artists and original art. We respect the craftsmanship that goes into every handmade piece. This is the very core of our brand. We will also continue to ensure that all of our promotional materials accurately reflect our values of respecting originality and supporting creative expression, and we welcome the community to view our future materials.
Moreover, we are constantly seeking ways to engage and support artists. This includes hosting contests and collaborations that actively encourage original art. We strive to promote the extraordinary talent that abounds within the art community. We warmly invite all artists to take part in these opportunities.
Once again, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and for your support of Arrtx products. We are eager to continue earning your trust and look forward to serving the art community with complete transparency and integrity.
Best Regards,
The Arrtx Team
I really appreciate this post! it shows respect for your audience!
Appreciate recognizing the issue. Hopefully everyone will move forward on supporting your brand. I was one of the artist who got interested in your brand and supposed to buy your item when I saw a review saying she will stop supporting your brand for using AI as promoting your products led me to be hesistant. But seeing this apology letter changes my perspective because you acknowledge the issue. Thank you for listening to your clients and artist.
Hi, I’m so glad to see this statement! I love your acrylic markers sm and I was so sad when I saw. I’m actually a graphic design student (illustrator leaning) and one of my modules is to do branding for a social issue of our choosing with a brand of our choosing. I chose artists against AI and I’d love to use your company for my campaign, it won’t be a public one as this is strictly for my foundation degree, I’d love to ask some questions about how you guys deal with AI and what else you guys do to support all kinds of artists, big and small, this might be an in effective way of asking but I’d love to hear back from you guys if possible 🫶
