1. About the free gifts on your orders:

A. If your order is between $69 - $88, you will receive two acrylic markers as a gift. If some warehouses are out of stock, your two markers will be replaced with a $3 gift card, which can be used on your next order. Thank you for your understanding.

B. If your order is between $99 - $128, you will receive a $10 gift card. The voucher code will be sent to your order email address within 1-3 business days and can be used on your next order.

C. If your order is $129 or more, you will receive a set of 24 watercolor pencils as a gift. The gift will be shipped with your order or separately. Please check your tracking numbers. Thank you.

2. About the GIVEAWAY event:

To make things easier, please browse through all the rules before entering Arrtx Event. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of these terms (“Terms”). Do not participate in this event if you do not agree to all the Terms. 

A. Eligibility and Restrictions: 
This event is open to all around the world; anyone who likes painting can join this event. You must be over 13 years of age at the time of entry to submit an entry. You must attend the event within these days: PRE-BLACK FRIDAY Giveaway: 11.06-11.19. The prize is a 30B-color acrylic marker set for 8 lucky winners. Announcing date: DEC 3rd.

B. How to Enter Giveaway Event:
Participants must follow the steps as expressed in the event page caption, just sign up an account at www.arrtx.com and refer friends to join together, and we will check whether you have participated in accordance with the conditions. If not, it will be regarded as a withdrawal. (If you are a returning user and wish to join the event, simply sign up using another email.)

C. Winner Selection and Notification:
To be fair to everyone, we will use a random number generator to select the lucky winners, and announce the lucky winners in this page and our IG @arrtxart, don’t forget to stay tuned for this event. After announcing the winners, we will notify them via email-[support@arrtx.com], If we do not hear from you within 3 days, we will regard it as automatically giving up. Please reply to our notification email with your shipping address.

D. When do you receive the free products: 
The free giveaway products will be shipped in December. Once we ship them, we will send a tracking number to the winners via email-[support@arrtx.com], just check it and wait for the package.
