Returns Policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at business.us@arrtx.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at business.us@arrtx.com.

 

Cancel your order


Please contact us before the order is shipped, and we will cancel the order for you and refund the full amount to your payment account.

If your order has shipped, please contact us. And your order refund will be deducted the courier fee, return fee and restocking fee.  Thank you for your understanding.

We will calculate the following fees and deduct them from your refund.
The fees we charge are as follows:
Restocking fee + shipping fee and return fee for the order canceled after shipment


Damages and issues

Please provide photos of the damaged package, including the label on the box/bag. Secondly, please provide pictures of the damaged product. We will check the damage and deal with it according to the damage. Thank you for your cooperation.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


If you have not received the package, please contact the logistics company to refuse the package. We will process the refund when we see the package is returned, and you can re-order the products you want.


If you have received the package, please do not open the protective packaging of the product, contact us directly to apply for a return, and send it to our address in the original packaging (unopened product packaging). We will process the refund after receiving the goods and check that they are correct, and you can re-order the products you need.
